This September take time out to just be, surrounded by beautiful woodland you can truly unwind and connect to yourself. This is an intimate retreat space held for a small group. Nurtured and guided by a close knit family of experienced teachers you will leave feeling connected, restored & rebalanced.

Open to all levels of experience wanting to delve deeper into meditation, yoga, mindfulness and a conscious physical practice. 

The Orchard Village pods are nestled in 90 acres of beautiful conservation woodland within the Wyre Forest, Worcestershire.

 

Accommodating 20 guests this space is wonderfully open and embraces all the elements of nature. Each cosy wooden Glamping pod has bunk beds, perfect for sharing with your friends and are also open  as a single private space (no extra cost).

The pods are double glazed and insulated making them a quiet and cosy place to rest, journal and enjoy life in the outdoors.

 

 

 

 

Within the grounds we share our yoga practices and gatherings in a spacious and comfortable shelter. Perfect for evening meals, mindfulness, yoga practices and keeping cosy. A few metres away we can explore the woodland, we have a sheltered bush craft area for sound healing and meditation, an outdoor fire pit where we will gather for evening gatherings. A large and well equipped kitchen,  will be open to cook large meals, enjoy food sharing. The site has separate male and female toilets, changing rooms and showers. This is an eco - site which is powered by solar panels and as much of the natural beauty of the woodland is retained to offer a truly unique experience.

Over the three days we will explore morning walks and meditation, Breathing techniques to calm the body and mind. Gentle yoga before breakfast, enjoy talks exploring yoga philosophy, how you can improve your wellbeing and create a vibrant life.

Yoga practices to EARTH, wake up, release. Build friendships, learn about yourself and others. Enjoy foraging and mandala making with wild materials, star gazing and moon bathing.

This retreat allows you to be open, free, raw, alive, explore every possibility, every sense and every emotion.
