With the new online sessions up and running its a great way to explore something new, taking steps into a yoga studio might be a little nerve racking for some so while we are home, lets enjoy choice, feel what your drawn to and go with it. And with anything in life, if you don't like it, Hey! Its fine!
There are so many options out there for yoga these days, our bodies and minds change from day to day and your yoga practice also needs to ride that wave of change, here you can find balance and enjoy contrast. Here is a brief little blurb for each session on the online timetable, Im inspired to do even more classes, because if you know me, you know I love yoga and sharing it with the world!

A mat based practice that is often seated or lying down, finding mobility through the joints, moving through postures at a slow pace, giving the body chance to adapt and relax. Working with basic postures to bring lightness to the body and release stress.
A super relaxing practice using all the props we can find! Using cushions, pillows, bolsters and blankets we create a support for the body to rest over in postures, working with Yin to find a sense of time. Holding passive postures for between 3-10 minutes is a completely relaxed space your muscles will release, your bones will relax and your mind will become still.
Start your day right by waking up the body with movement! From a slow flow, to balance, standing poses and breathing techniques, enjoy a playful flow to strengthen and stretch the body.
Giving you energy for the rest of the day.
A playful practice to inspire the heart and soul. An exploration in body intelligence & movement, learn to move seamlessly, build flexibility, strength, grace and energy. This session uses the full surface area of the mat, from standing to seated postures, side to side, back to back, up and down! You will love this class!
A challenging session to build strength, endurance and fluidity. A playful flow working with the core, balance, isolation and long holds. Great for a cardio boost, detox the system and sweaty!
Bringing an amazing fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Calisthenics together this session will work the body and bring focus to the mind. Isolating different muscle groups, enjoying repetition and ladder sequences.
Breathe, flow, repeat.
A late night guided meditation, 30 minutes of guided Relaxation to help you unwind from the day. Perfect for those with busy minds, anxiety & stress. No physical practice, just lie back (or sit) and relax, take this time for yourself to let your body and mind rest. You will have the best nights sleep, I promise!
Im always inspired to reach out into the realms of curiosity, challenge, play and expression so when you attend a class you will slowly connect to that energy. Life is about adventure, so lets go and get it!
