Open to all levels of practitioner, allowing you to come and enjoy as you are, where ever you are.

What is Yang & Yin yoga?

This yoga practice gives you the best of both worlds, the first half is a flowing practice or sequence to help you build strength, focus, exert some energy and warm the body through. The second half of the practice is the complete opposite! So we explore passive postures with pillows, blocks and blankets to let the body stretch at its own pace. We rest, breathe and keep still.

This is one of the best practices, its so well rounded, you get a work out, strengthen the body, build core strength, co-ordination, balance (I could go on!) and then you stretch deeply, you calm the body and mind, you tune back in and cultivate acceptance and compassion. You rest, and I promise you'll have the best nights sleep.
