Opening new meditation sessions

I had such a beautiful time teaching meditation last night I have opened up 2 more spaces within the week, so this means you can join me LIVE on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings 10.00-10.30pm for a guided bedtime meditation. No need to wear anything fancy, be anywhere special just a quiet space to rest and listen. These sessions are open to all, they are simple and incredible effective. Meditation doesn’t teach you how to clear your head completely it allows you to notice each thought, take them or leave them. Almost as if you can create space between your physical body and mind, and also your surroundings. So come and join me, to learn to reconnect back to a state of calm and conscious living.
