New timetable

From Monday 30th March this will be the Online class timetable!! Late morning classes to wake up the body and bring energy to the day, Evening classes to build strength, focus and inspire the heart. Saturday evenings enjoy a super late bedtime guided meditation to relax the body and mind.

I am so grateful to all of you who have already practiced with me! Its technology amazing, its so accessible and makes life easier sometimes. I have sat at the table today from 10am-6pm (and Im still here!) updating the website, I have created a new booking system so everything is easier to access and use. Please do get in touch if you experience any technical difficulties, its all trail and error and new to a lot of us Im sure.

When coming to practice please take this opportunity to tune into how you feel physically and emotionally, as we are now away from face to face interaction and studio class attendance I cannot be there to adjust or align you, my verbal guidance is open to you all in a true and honest way and I want you to use this in your personal practice. Be true and honest to your body and mind and if something doesn't feel quite right, adapt, change or leave a posture entirely, you know your body better than any body!!

Let your body and breath guide you through your practice not your mind and ego, I am grateful to practice with you, guide you and be here for you.
