New classes!

From next week you will have three new classes to explore!

TUESDAY// 7.00-8.00pm Power Yoga ✨

A strong and energetic class to build strength, flexibility and get that heat rate pumping! Great for those wanting to build energy, exert energy and have a little bit of wild time! A challenging and super fun class that will leave you wanting more!

WEDNESDAY// 7.00-8.00pm Mandala Flow✨ A beautifully creative class where we explore the body and mind with self expression and flow. Mandala means circle, completion or essence so within this practice we utilise the mat 360’ we move the body within sequences that the body and mind remembers and inspire a natural and almost animalistic practice. Great for building focus, body awareness and patience.

THURSDAY// 9.00-9.30pm Guided Yoga Nidra ✨

A delicious 30 minutes to encourage the body and mind to soften into a deep rest state and enhance sleep. This isn’t a physical practice, you don’t need to do anything at all! You lie, or sit in any position you feel comfortable, and listen. This becomes a practice of mindfulness where we do a full body scan, releasing and relaxing, visualisation and sensation. If you suffer from anxiety, sleepless nights, stress physically and emotionally this session is perfect for you.
