I am feeling so grateful for the time and space that has been dropped upon us, out of nowhere, caught of guard we have been told to isolated, recollect our health and values. I have always loved my own space and alone time and right now I feel so grateful that its just there, the day to day tasks are there of course but something in the air, the energy surrounding is less chaotic. Use this time to look after yourselves and reflect on yourself and others, build connections and reach out to old friends and loved ones over the phone, move away from technology and speak voice to voice. Use this time to feel again, all the emotions that may have suddenly came rushing into your body and mind that left you feeling confused and exhausted, its just a shift an upgrade as it were that we are all experiencing together. Your yoga practice teaches you awareness, of every sensation, every emotion, everything and you are amazing at learning to evolve and adapt. Use this time, for you, for strangers and for your family.
