Day 4 - Boat Pose


Pose: Boat Pose - Navasana


Alignment: Starting seated with the knees bent, hug the hands under or across the top of the shins, inhale to lift the heart and crown of the head, draw the belly in and slowly lean back, keep lifting the heart out of the pelvis. Draw the shoulders back and find counter balance by encouraging the feet to lift! Play with this one, shins parallel, legs straight. Enjoy this for 30 seconds to a minute! A minute a day will bring huge benefits!
