Welcome to DAY 1 of the 30 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE!! ✨Easy Pose - Sukhasana
Alignment: A simple posture to begin your yoga practice, your day, or evening meditation. Find a comfortable seated position on the floor, use as many props beneath the outer thighs and pelvis to offer support for the legs and hips. You can guide one leg in front of the other or cross the legs, use this posture to encourage opening of the hips, length within the spine and a beautiful focus to the mind. You may sit here for 5-10 breaths, or 5-10 minutes!
