Bedtime Meditation

We all need a little time out, whether its 5 minutes to just press the pause button on sometimes what seems a messy and overwhelming day or take that 2 hour nap. Our bodies and minds need time to rest and restore and often we forget we are not invincible! Meditation is a beautiful way of creating space, within the mind, the thoughts but also within the space around us, almost like a bubble.

If you haven’t done meditation before you're welcome to attend this 30 minutes of guided relaxation.

The session is a late one because I was hoping this is when some of us get down time, getting home from work, putting the kids to bed, cooking the tea, cleaning up, bathing, admin work etc. So this session is perfect for bedtime, literally, get in bed time.

There is nothing you need to do, no physical practice. Just take 30 minutes to drift into what seems a limitless meditation. Being guided by words, visualisations and body scans you will drift in and out of sleep. Its a beautiful way to wind down your day, and get a good nights sleep.

The more you attend or practice the more your mind remembers the process. Over time you become familiar with sensations, body scanning and calming the mind. And then each day, even if it’s 5 minutes you can access this space of quiet and peace.

Get comfortable, cosy and be guided to sleep. When the time comes for the session to end you don't need to do anything, Victoria ends the session, quietly and allows you to just melt back into a sleep state.
