A gratitude meditation
Every Thursday in honour of the shared community clapping for the NHS we start our practice with a guided Gratitude Meditation. A beautiful opportunity to share and send your energy to others, working through simple techniques and layers we use this meditation as a reflection. Working through the smallest things we are grateful for, and over time we can return each day to it. When we wake, before we go to sleep. Just a little reminder of what we are grateful for, and the more grateful we are the more our lives bloom.
