Stepping into the new week with maybe a little, confusion, frustration and bewilderment. As I always remind you, just take a little step back and create some space to breathe, in your body and mind.

You adapt to your environment and mindset and there will always be that continuous flow of communication, listen to your heart right now, what feels right, in your gut. Probably is, so go with that. Stay positive, have faith/patience, worry less and speak kind words.
