Book Recommendations.


This will be an on going list that I will keep adding to over the months so please keep it in your favourite tabs! Im a huge book lover and often have 3 dotted around the house. Some have my undivided attention and others help me connect explorations together. I love how we can interlace things together, take what we need at that time, I hope this is something that we begin to recognise in our yoga practice.

Have you ever picked up a book and have put it down within the first chapter? Seems we are not quite ready yet. As with any experience in life we move with the tides, situations resonate with us, we feel content, we evolve. We also have those moments in life where the sentences we over read, read again, and it still doesn't go in. Know that this is okay, we don't need to know the answers to everything, we don't need to know everything. We are enjoying the journey and allowing life to unfold exactly the way that it should.
