Y O G A P E D I A . W O R K S H O P
Coming together to enjoy an open practice for all levels, all bodies, all people!
This is a wonderful workshop where we can embrace our yoga postures that are so commonly found within a yoga class. Breaking down the alignment, basic principles and philosophy behind each pose we will working through an encyclopaedia of asana! We can all build our personal practices through this workshop while sharing our experiences and having the opportunity to ask questions, be inspired by a visual and practical approach to yoga. Not one human skeleton is the same, our emotional and physical make up is beautifully individual and this is where we can feel into the poses rather than thinking they need to look a certain way.
Covering the basics we break down the alignment of each pose to help you get a greater understanding and make the posture work for your body on a personal level. Following the success of the Home practice & Alignment and Anatomy workshops this will be a gathering to bring like minded people together, to share experiences, enjoy discussing and learning practically through visual and awareness.
