Pineapple & Papaya Smoothie

Time to refresh those cold bones with some sweetness! Papaya, has always been that weird fruit, loved or hated. But this is a nice recipe to get it into a smoothie and reap the benefits!

One handful of spinach

One Banana

Half Papaya

Half Pineapple

Mango Chunks

Blend with coconut water!

With any smoothie, you change it to your taste, I love making a green base with spinach or kale. Then sweeten it up with fruit. You can always add some nut powder, raw superfood sprinkles or yogurt!
