Wednesday Evening Classes.
Hatha Yoga 6.30-7.30pm offers a gentle and relaxing class suitable for beginners and all abilities. One hour with gentle mobility to start, Sun Salutations to warm the body and physical poses to help strengthen the muscles and gain flexibility. Guided relaxation (as in every class) with Yoga Nidra. Ashtanga Yoga 7.30-8.30pm is a strong dynamic flow with gentle hands on adjustments. Allowing each student to go deeper into their individual practice and focus inwards. Now suitable for beginners but everyone welcome who wants to try, if you have attended yoga classes before please come along! Xx
