1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups frozen mango
1/2 cup coconut cream from canned coconut milk (Just skim the solid stuff off the top).
1/4 cup coconut milk from can (use the water-looking part that’s left)
1 peeled orange
1 heaping tablespoon spirulina powder
a splash of lime juice
a handful of ice
