Introduction to Yoga
Tuesday 3rd June I will be teaching an introduction to yoga class! Working with healthy alignment, posture and core muscles will help you understand how your body moves. Guiding you through Sun Salutations and giving you the in's and out's of certain postures. The class will start with meditation, a great way to let the days woes pass and let your own time and practice begin. Whether you are intruiged by yoga, a complete beginner or want yoga to help with your training come along! Please wear comfortable clothing, you and I will both need to see your hands and feet, also, its going to get a little sweaty so be prepared!
