Vegan Chocolate Truffles!

So I have a new amazing totally made up recipe for you. When Im making I dont have a tendency to measure so remember, taste as you go along! Okay the ingredients are:

A handful of dates

2 huge scoops of peanut butter

Sunflower seeds / or any nuts you fancy!

Almond milk/your preferred milk (optional)

2 Tsp Raw Cacao Powder or Flakes

1) Pit and cut the dates into tiny pieces, these are going to glue the balls together and give them the sweetest taste!

2)Put your 2 scoops of peanut butter in a dish.

3)Add the dates to the peanut butter and mix well until combined.

4)Stir in your yummy raw cacao powder or flakes, if you want it more chocolatey, you know what to do, go wild!!

5)Sprinkle in your sunflower seeds, goji berries or whatever nuts you like (remember to keep it as a thick googie paste. If its looking a little dry you can add a drop almond milk.

6)Give it a big stir through and a taste and get ready for moulding!

7)Sprinkle a little chocolate powder/flakes onto a dry clean surface (this is for rolling the balls in!)

8)Mould your chocolate mess into smalls and roll in the chocolate flakes, pop onto a plate or in a container.

9)Pop in the fridge for 2 hours or over night.

10)Your chocolate balls are ready for eating!!

Remember you can mix this up so much, we all like and dislike things so experiment. Ive added raw coconut before, goji berries, coconut flakes, ive made horrific ones, but hey! We learn from doing things the wrong way right? Enjoy!!
