ONLINE CLASS INFORMATION
+ Once you have booked your place you will receive a confirmation email, your SESSION LINK and playlist details are within this email!
+Please ensure your email address is CORRECT when booking as your confirmation will be sent to this email. (If you haven't received your confirmation email please get in touch).
+You can download the ZOOM app here: https://zoom.us
(NOTE: When you sign up it may say the session is limited to 40 minutes & 3 participants this doesn't apply to viewers it is for hosts only!)
+Once you have the app installed, click the personal link (in your confirmation email) 5-10 minutes before the class begins,
you will be in the waiting room!
+As the session opens you will need to click or accept connection for audio so you have sound within the session.
+Once the session starts all participants audio will be MUTED, you have the option to keep your camera ON or OFF.
+To ensure you have the class delivered FULL SCREEN please click on the host (Victoria) and select PIN/SPOTLIGHT/ACTIVE speaker,
this way you will have the Tutor on the screen instead of all the other participants. (On the mobile version you can swipe to change views).
+Late arrivals (within reason) will not be allowed to join the practice due to the disruption of others.
+Last entry booking for practice is 5 MINUTES before it starts.

Classes will be hosted on the ZOOM APP. Its free and super easy to use!

When attending a practice please be mindful of your body and mind, as we are now all practicing from home we do not have the guidance and reassurance of adjustments, hands on or supervision. When taking part in any online classes you take full responsibility for your practice.
Please do not engage in any yoga based practices if you have been advised NOT to do so by your GP or healthcare professional.
Take your time, as the sessions are streamed live through ZOOM the practice is real time! You're welcome to rest, take a drink, let the dog out, get super comfy. Enjoy your own time and space!
